Account deletion
Delete your account
SketchSpace AR uses an anonymous account, so there's no email or password tied to it. To delete your account and the data linked to it, send us your User ID and we'll take care of the rest.
How to request deletion
It takes about a minute.

Open SketchSpace AR
Launch the app on the device where you use it.

Go to Profile
Open the Profile screen, where your account details live.

Copy your User ID
Tap your User ID to copy it to the clipboard. This is how we find your account.

Email it to us
Send your User ID to support@rigelapps.com using the form below.
This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support@rigelapps.com. You can also email us directly at support@rigelapps.com and include your User ID.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently remove the account tied to your User ID and the data associated with it — including any synced favorites, saved drawings, and purchase records held under that identifier. We'll confirm by email once it's done, typically within 30 days.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — manage that in your device's store settings. Aggregate, anonymized analytics that can't be linked back to you may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
